Nick Morgan is CEO of We Group which is made up of three agencies: The Fair, We Are Placemaking and We Are OPS. Nick has over 25 years of experience working across event production, licensing and health & safety for large-scale events and festivals and within the public realm.

Nick is Vice-Chair of AIF (Association of Independent Festivals), and sits on the Advisory Board of NTIA (Night Time Industries Association) NOWIE (Network Of Women In Events). He is also a member of the SAGE (Safety Advisors Group for Events) committee and the ESA (Event Safety Alliance) – working with organisations to continuously lobby government and encourage more support across the sector.

Nick often speaks on topics that include managing growth, independent festivals, the experience economy, government advocacy, licensing and health & safety, at industry events including the Event Production Show, LAEOG, The All Parliamentary Group for Events, the Institute of Licensing, the Night Time Economy Summit and FestForums in the US. The independent festival sector is close to Nick’s heart, and The Fair – as one of the largest independent festival production houses in the UK – works across 128 shows, from Boiler Room to Eastern Electrics.

Yas is a board member and strategic advisor to We Group (The Fair, We Are Placemaking and We Are OPS).

She has been operating festivals and large-scale events since 2010 and has specifically worked alongside independent promoters on their long-term growth strategies.

Yas is extremely passionate about the events industry and has worked tirelessly to make it a more inclusive, accessible space. She is NEBOSH qualified and is a Personal Licence holder.

Rob Dudley is director at We Group, the umbrella company providing festival and event production services via The Fair; creative production in the public-realm through We Are Placemaking; and operations, health & safety and licensing services via We Are OPS. The teams deliver events across the UK, Europe, US and beyond.

Rob’s experience in managing and producing both large scale live events, festivals and exhibitions spans across the UK, Europe and US. Rob specialises in festival and event health and safety, helping a wide range of clients deliver challenging events, in venues ranging from civic squares and private estates to green fields and London parks.

NEBOSH qualified, a Technical Member of IOSH and Personal Licence Holder, Rob is responsible for licensing applications (including sub-committee attendance), Safety Documentation authoring, Third-party H&S auditing and acting as an on-site Safety Officer.

He has also delivered health & safety training and table-top sessions for large-scale companies – empowering their teams to prioritise and embed health & safety planning.

Will is our Senior Event Producer, and maintains a strong focus on performance and acquisition – working with clients from initial proposals all the way through to delivery.

Will is passionate about immersive events and will always ensure every project is created with a competitive socialising edge.

His previous experience managing and coordinating retail, graphic design and film events, as well as in performance production across the dance and drag scene, means Will is always brimming with creative ideas to bring any placemaking project to life.

 

Ally is our Event Producer, and is responsible for producing a wide range of events for our placemaking clients. With over 10 years of event industry experience – including event management and production, logistics and liaison – Ally has explored career paths in England, Europe and South America, and is fully equipped with the skills, creativity and expertise to deliver for our placemaking clients.

Serge is our Head of New Business at We Are Placemaking. Having worked in the marcomms world for twenty-five years, working on projects for many different brands and places, Serge is well connected in the world of public realm events – supporting clients coming to work with We Are Placemaking, and highlighting the incredible range of services the team provide.

 

A big fan of sports, his favourite activations are those which encourage people to get active and move around, such as trails, gaming activations and summer of sport events.

Meet Venice, We Group’s Office Coordinator. She keeps things running smoothly across the business, supporting Operations and HR, while providing essential support to all departments to ensure everything behind the scenes reflects the passion, precision, and care that goes into our work.

Based in our Head Office, Venice is the go-to person for keeping our workspace organised, our team supported, and our operations seamless. You’ll also find her coordinating team events, onboarding new colleagues, and optimising processes to keep us working smarter and happier.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Venice attending a vast range of festivals and events herself. Catch her at Ministry of Sound on a Saturday night!
