Nick Morgan is CEO of We Group which is made up of three agencies: The Fair, We Are Placemaking and We Are OPS. Nick has over 25 years of experience working across event production, licensing and health & safety for large-scale events and festivals and within the public realm.
Nick is Vice-Chair of AIF (Association of Independent Festivals), and sits on the Advisory Board of NTIA (Night Time Industries Association) NOWIE (Network Of Women In Events). He is also a member of the SAGE (Safety Advisors Group for Events) committee and the ESA (Event Safety Alliance) – working with organisations to continuously lobby government and encourage more support across the sector.
Nick often speaks on topics that include managing growth, independent festivals, the experience economy, government advocacy, licensing and health & safety, at industry events including the Event Production Show, LAEOG, The All Parliamentary Group for Events, the Institute of Licensing, the Night Time Economy Summit and FestForums in the US. The independent festival sector is close to Nick’s heart, and The Fair – as one of the largest independent festival production houses in the UK – works across 128 shows, from Boiler Room to Eastern Electrics.
Yas is a board member and strategic advisor to We Group (The Fair, We Are Placemaking and We Are OPS).
She has been operating festivals and large-scale events since 2010 and has specifically worked alongside independent promoters on their long-term growth strategies.
Yas is extremely passionate about the events industry and has worked tirelessly to make it a more inclusive, accessible space. She is NEBOSH qualified and is a Personal Licence holder.
Rob Dudley is director at We Group, the umbrella company providing festival and event production services via The Fair; creative production in the public-realm through We Are Placemaking; and operations, health & safety and licensing services via We Are OPS. The teams deliver events across the UK, Europe, US and beyond.
Rob’s experience in managing and producing both large scale live events, festivals and exhibitions spans across the UK, Europe and US. Rob specialises in festival and event health and safety, helping a wide range of clients deliver challenging events, in venues ranging from civic squares and private estates to green fields and London parks.
NEBOSH qualified, a Technical Member of IOSH and Personal Licence Holder, Rob is responsible for licensing applications (including sub-committee attendance), Safety Documentation authoring, Third-party H&S auditing and acting as an on-site Safety Officer.
He has also delivered health & safety training and table-top sessions for large-scale companies – empowering their teams to prioritise and embed health & safety planning.
As Senior Production Director, Millie oversees all aspects of event production for our events across We Group. She manages the production team, enabling them to provide a wide range of services, including but not limited to: concept creation, supplier procurement, technical production management, budget management, site design, site & crew management and liaising with Safety Advisory Groups.
Ally is our Event Producer, and is responsible for producing a wide range of events for our placemaking clients. With over 10 years of event industry experience – including event management and production, logistics and liaison – Ally has explored career paths in England, Europe and South America, and is fully equipped with the skills, creativity and expertise to deliver for our placemaking clients.
Jan is We Are OPS Account Director, managing our in-house operations team and all operations across We Group. This involves supporting our production teams with all operational needs, including everything from Security, Traffic & Egress planning, to Stakeholder and Community Engagement Strategy, Licensing and Local Authority liaison. Jan is also NEBOSH qualified and is responsible for managing the H&S team & projects.
Kat is our OPS Manager – responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the operational aspects of our productions. This includes identifying potential risks and managing festival logistics, such as overseeing the operational documentation, handling license applications, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Kat also manages security, ingress, and egress to ensure a seamless experience for both staff and attendees.
With a strong background in executive and office support across multiple industries, Joanna brings a wealth of experience that helps her keep everything organised behind the scenes and ensures our day-to-day runs smoothly. She supports the team in everything from HR and onboarding to streamlining office operations, and organising team gatherings that build connection and keep our culture vibrant. Using her strength in organisation alongside her passion for live experiences, Joanna thrives when planning, people, and creativity come together.
April takes care of marketing across We Group – making sure our content reflects the hard work, passion and care that goes into everything we do.
While April lives predominantly in our Head Office, you’ll find her documenting our moves at festivals and placemaking events this summer.
