Nick Morgan is CEO of We Group which is made up of three agencies: We Are Placemaking, The Fair and We Are OPS. He has over 25 years of experience across large-scale event production, licensing and health & safety within the public realm, as well as large-scale festivals and events, which attract hundreds of thousands of people each year.

Nick is a well-respected figure in the events industry. He sits on the High Streets Task Force as a mentor / facilitator and works with councils across the UK looking at void strategies. He also works with urban planners, advising on how to animate public realms for customers and communities.

Nick speaks on topics that include experience economy, government advocacy, placemaking, licensing and health & safety, at industry events including the Event Production Show, LAEOG, NOEA, The All Parliamentary Group for Events, and FestForums in the US, as well as at universities across the country.

The event sector is close to Nick’s heart, and WeGroup works with some of the leading global developers to bring their ideas to life. 

Yas is a board member and strategic advisor to We Group (The Fair, We Are Placemaking and We Are OPS).

She has been operating festivals and large-scale events since 2010 and has specifically worked alongside independent promoters on their long-term growth strategies.

Yas is extremely passionate about the events industry and has worked tirelessly to make it a more inclusive, accessible space. She is NEBOSH qualified and is a Personal Licence holder.

Rob is Group Director of We Are Placemaking, as well as our sister agencies, The Fair and We Are OPS. He has over 20 years of event production experience, and heads up our Health and Safety and Licensing divisions.

Rob’s experience in managing and producing large scale live events, festivals and exhibitions spans across the UK, Europe and the US.

NEBOSH qualified, a Technical Member of IOSH and a Personal Licence Holder, Rob is responsible for Licensing applications (including sub-committee attendance), safety documentation authoring, third-party H&S auditing and acting as an on-site safety officer.

Rob helps the team deliver a wide range of events across the world – from Coronation celebrations to Christmas installations, competitive socialising activations, and so much more.

Hanna joined the team in the summer of 2021 as an Event Producer, and has since progressed to the role of Account Director at We Are Placemaking. Now, she oversees all projects across the department – supporting the team while also managing her own projects and clients.

Having worked in the creative industries for over 7 years, in roles ranging from set designer and scenic artist to visual merchandising and construction, Hanna has been able to utilise these skills within her existing role to deliver outstanding placemaking projects. This included producing our first international project, which took the team to Milan for Christmas 2022.

Hanna’s roster of clients includes British Land, Howard De Walden Estate and Victoria BID. She works tirelessly to achieve the best possible results and ultimately the highest standards for her clients. 

Will is our Senior Event Producer, and maintains a strong focus on performance and acquisition – working with clients from initial proposals all the way through to delivery.

Will is passionate about immersive events and will always ensure every project is created with a competitive socialising edge.

His previous experience managing and coordinating retail, graphic design and film events, as well as in performance production across the dance and drag scene, means Will is always brimming with creative ideas to bring any placemaking project to life.

 

Ally is our Event Producer, and is responsible for producing a wide range of events for our placemaking clients. With over 10 years of event industry experience – including event management and production, logistics and liaison – Ally has explored career paths in England, Europe and South America, and is fully equipped with the skills, creativity and expertise to deliver for our placemaking clients.
