Brief

Eccleston Yards is a leafy courtyard brimming with independent shops, fashionable restaurants and wellness spots in the Belgravia area of London.

We have collaborated with Belgravia on multiple occasions to deliver events in the space – driving footfall, increasing dwell time and enticing visitors to enjoy the vast selection of F&B and retail offerings.

Following the success of our production for the previous year’s Summer of Sport, we again partnered up with the team at Belgravia to deliver another fantastic season of sports for residents and guests at Eccleston Yards, London to enjoy.

This year, we wanted to increase offerings for locals and visitors –  increasing both activities and film screenings for guests to enjoy for free in the yards.

What we did

Keen to produce a Summer of Sport series to remember, we kept Belgravia’s vision for the events in mind at all times, while using our production, safety and licensing expertise to bring it to life.

Large screenings started with Wimbledon, Cricket and Tour de France, before finishing with the Olympics and Paralympics. Guests enjoyed a three-month-long sports celebration with the beautiful backdrop of the leafy yards and surrounding F&B.

As we worked through the desired timetable of sports, we submitted the appropriate licensing to enable streaming of events, so that guests could enjoy uninterrupted footage of sports and films.

We partnered with our trusted suppliers who understand the yard and ensured a smooth install, giving guests the ultimate viewing experience.

We worked with brands such as Boodles, Caudalie, Pipers and Lavazza to ensure all their needs were met, enabling branded pop-ups to work within the space and assisted by our onsite coordinator.

Towards the end of the event series, we supported with event management services, enabling guests to enjoy a week’s worth of live fitness classes in the yard, hosted by local businesses to drum up support for the local community.

It was a hugely successful series of events, with guests enjoying and investing in the space all summer long.
