Brief

Brief

The Howard De Walden Estate hosts a summer event in Marylebone annually to showcase the best of the Village’s shopping and dining. This year the festival included an open-air cinema, a dog show, alfresco bars & dining, live music and various stallholders. Over 200 retailers get involved with the event making it an exciting and memorable event that many enjoy.

What we did

In the lead-up to the live event, We Are Placemaking worked closely with the We Are Ops team to liaise with all the suppliers and stallholders involved in the festival, collecting and reviewing all the relevant documentation. Since so many partners were involved, the auditing process was pretty extensive. However, we ensured everything was in order by the time the event went live. We Are Placemaking then worked with The Howard De Walden Estate to ensure the installation, live event, and derig of the open-air cinema activation on Saturday and the Street Party on Sunday went as smoothly as possible. It was a fantastic event to work on, and the beautiful sunshine made it even better!
