INTRODUCTION

We Are Placemaking were commissioned by ANM Communications to produce a private party for the launch of their new watch the Oris Big Crown ProPilot X Caliber 115. This new watch is different from any other Oris watch. The ProPilot X uses the Caliber 115 which is a brand new in-house superlative movement. The watch puts every single component on full display.

Challenge

The challenge for this event was working inside the small and intimate space of their store. With the majority of our events being outside with many challenges, it was a fun and interesting challenge working in a very small space spread across four floors. The launch event took place in Oris’ new flagship stores on South Moulton Street, a small and unique building, once a number of flats and now converted into a shop.

Delivery

We worked on creating an event that echoed the ethos of the new watch. Our concept of clarity was inspired by the unique design if the new watch was brought to life by the natural décor. We worked with a wonderful Vegan catering company Planted, and created some bespoke clarified cocktails. All of this paired with an incredible VR experience that was created especially for the launch of the new watch, a bespoke new experience
